Shop our complete range of 35mm pipe insulation, available in elastomeric foam, phenolic foam and mineral wool. 35mm pipe insulation fits 35mm OD copper pipe — the standard large domestic and light commercial heating pipe size used in primary circuits, hot water distribution and larger heating systems.

Available Materials

Armaflex EVO — Class O closed-cell elastomeric foam. Built-in vapour barrier, Microban antimicrobial protection. Available in 9mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm and 32mm wall. Standard and self-seal versions
Kingspan Kooltherm — Premium phenolic foam, λ = 0.021 W/mK. Meets BS 5422 at 25mm wall for 35mm OD pipework. Class O, foil faced
Rockwool Rocklap — A1 non-combustible mineral wool for high-temperature and fire-rated applications. Available in 25mm, 30mm and 40mm wall
Tubolit DG — Cost-effective polyethylene foam for standard domestic heating. Not suitable for Class O or condensation control applications

BS 5422 for 35mm Pipe Insulation
