Eco-Versal by EcoTherm is a premium polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board explicitly designed for pitched roof applications. It offers outstanding thermal performance and versatility for both new constructions and retrofit projects. Featuring a rigid, fibre-free PIR core sandwiched between gas-tight aluminium foil facings, Eco-Versal delivers exceptional thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, ensuring superior energy efficiency and helping to significantly reduce CO2 emissions. This makes it ideal for meeting or exceeding UK Building Regulations and achieving low U-values.

The board is highly durable, moisture-resistant, and lightweight, making it easy to handle and install, even in challenging roofing environments. Its robust construction resists compression and maintains performance over time, while the aluminium facings provide an additional barrier against moisture and enhance fire resistance. • Reaction to fire is measured with a Euroclass rating.
• Under System 4 AVCP, Eco-Versal has a Euroclass rating of F.
• Eco-Versal is available in the following standard size: Width - 1200 mm. Length - 2400 mm.
• According to BS EN 826: 2013, Eco-Versal's average compressive stress exceeds 140 kPa when tested at 10% compression.
• Eco-Versal has a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK across all thicknesses.
• Eco-Versal is a rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation.
• Eco-Versal is available in the following thicknesses: 25 - 150 mm.
• Eco-Versal has aluminium composite foil on both its inner and outer faces. This foil is bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
