Tubolit is a Grey Polyethylene pipe insulation (sometimes known as polyethylene pipe wrap insulation) used throughout the UK and EU. It is commonly used in domestic and commercial central heating systems. It is also used in loft installations to prevent the freezing over of pipes. Tubolit is a very flexible product and comes ready to split, so you can easily apply it to your pipework.

Tubolit polyethylene pipe insulation is mainly used for indoor lagging. Please note that this would not be recommended as a long-term solution. Tubolit will degrade faster after being exposed to the elements.
